Scenario #2 – The Product Owner comes to you, the Scrum Master, and asks you for advice on how she can re-arrange her teams.
What would you do?
This is a very common scenario in large, corporate organisations. Have you ever been in a situation where the Product Owner is actually just a Project Manager, coordinating multiple teams and allocating out work to ‘manage’ a fixed scope? Re-organisation can be powerful when done correctly.
Before watching the video, what would you do in the situation? What things would you consider or advise? Be careful, you can get this very wrong if you forget about trust and the Scrum values.
