Founded to support individual learners

Optilearn is primarily a training organisation that was founded to support individual learners with their professional development. 

We don’t plan to do things the same way as other large corporate training providers and that’s mainly because that’s not what we want to be.

We are proud to work with Scrum.org as part of their Training Network. This means that all of our classes are accredited and validated for their quality. In turn, this gives you confidence that any class you take with us will be delivered by the very best trainers.

About Optilearn

Accredited by Hellios under the JOSCAR Framework

Alongside our support of the UK Armed Forces, we are also accredited by Hellios under the JOSCAR Framework. JOSCAR is a collaborative tool used by the aerospace, defence and security industry to act as a single repository for pre-qualification and compliance information. We use JOSCAR to prove that we are fit for business within these sectors; primarily providing Agile consultancy and training to the buyers registered onto the framework.

Although being a part of a single framework may seem minor, it is part of a bigger focus on proving our size isn’t proportional to the potential impact. Alongside much larger providers, we are now eligible for direct award and tender opportunities to some of the largest clients in the named industries.
