Information

This course contains one 45-question multiple-choice assessment designed to help you strengthen your understanding of Lean Product Management and its application across discovery, delivery, and continuous learning practices.

The assessment is one hour long and must be completed in a single sitting. Please note that this assessment and its questions are not created or endorsed by any training provider and should be used purely as a supporting tool to deepen your learning and readiness.

About the Assessment

The assessment consists of 45 representative questions based on key concepts, frameworks, and practices used within Lean Product Management. Questions include multiple-choice, multi-select, and true or false formats.

You will have 60 minutes to complete the assessment, which will auto-submit once the time limit is reached. You can retake the assessment as many times as you wish to reinforce your understanding and confidence.

At the end of the assessment, you will receive immediate feedback on your score and performance.

Tips
  1. Review your course materials carefully.
Revisit the principles of Lean thinking, hypothesis-driven development, and evidence-based decision making. Focus on how these elements connect discovery with delivery. You can find more information here.
  2. Practise turning problems into experiments.
Frame ideas as testable hypotheses and identify the assumptions that would invalidate them.
  3. Think in outcomes, not outputs.
Review examples of how success can be measured through behavioural change, value delivered, and learning gained, not just features shipped.
  4. Reflect on learning loops.
Study how rapid feedback, iteration, and adaptability support continuous improvement and product evolution.
  5. Analyse case studies or examples.
Look for examples where small batch experiments, data informed insights, and customer evidence shaped better product decisions.
  6. Collaborate and compare perspectives.
Discuss your reasoning with peers or mentors. Explaining your thought process helps identify where your understanding is strongest and where you need more clarity.
  7. Do not over prepare.
Lean Product Management values evidence, experimentation, and learning through doing. If you understand the core ideas and can apply them, take the assessment. It is designed to help you learn from experience.
