Stefano is a passionate Professional Scrum Trainer, coach and consultant who has been living and breathing agility since the very start of his career. He is an experienced professional in the IT industry and worked as a Software Engineer, Scrum Master and has been founder and Chief Executive Officer of successful software companies for 18 years. Stefano strongly believes in people-driven processes and is able to quickly create empathic relationships during his highly interactive virtual and in-person training classes.

He loves spending his leisure time in his “house of Scrum” in the woods of central Italy (90km from Florence), and enjoys training young riders as an FCI trainer (Italian Federation of Cyclism).
